Questions About an Existing Order
Please include your order number and the name used when placing the order.
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.
Custom-Order Requests
We accept custom-order requests when the design is suitable for our equipment and materials.
To help us understand your idea, please include:
- The type of product you would like
- The quantity needed
- Your preferred colors
- Any name, date, or personalization
- The date you need the order
- A description of the theme or design
Our primary printers can use up to four filament colors in a single design. We will do our best to create your idea within that limit.
When appropriate, we will provide a digital sketch or mockup for approval before printing begins.
Copyrighted Designs
We cannot reproduce copyrighted characters, logos, artwork, or branded designs unless you own the rights or have permission to use them.
We may be able to create an original alternative based on a general theme, color combination, hobby, profession, or celebration.
Please do not send payment information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information by email.
