Information used to fulfill orders

When you place an order, we collect information such as your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, phone number when supplied, items ordered, and order notes. We use it to process and deliver orders, communicate with you, resolve problems, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Please do not include payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in order notes or emails.

Payment and service providers

Payment providers process payments using their own systems and privacy policies. Order, billing, and transaction information needed to process a payment may be shared with the provider you select at checkout. Our hosting provider, Bluehost, and the WordPress/WooCommerce software support the store. Shipping carriers and any label provider receive the name, address, and other delivery information needed for shipment. Administrators and authorized service providers may access information needed to operate and support the store.

Cookies, usage data, and third-party content

The store uses cookies and related storage for functions such as keeping items in your cart, managing login sessions, and supporting checkout. Server logs may record your IP address, browser information, and requests for security and operation.

The site uses Jetpack and has analytics and marketing tools installed, including MonsterInsights and OptinMonster. When configured and active, these tools may collect visit, device, interaction, or campaign information through cookies and similar technologies. Their collection depends on the enabled features and any consent choices provided on the site. Third-party embedded content, if present, may collect information under that provider’s policies.

You can control cookies through your browser and use any consent controls shown on the site. Blocking necessary cookies may affect cart, login, or checkout functions.

Comments and accounts

If comments or reviews are enabled, the information you submit may be displayed publicly. WordPress may process your IP address and browser information for spam detection. If Gravatar avatars are enabled, a hash of your email address may be sent to that service. If you have a customer account, we store its profile information and order history. Guest checkout is available.

Retention

The store currently has no automatic deletion schedule established for order records. Order and correspondence information may remain stored until reviewed or removed, subject to accounting, tax, legal, security, and dispute needs. We do not promise a fixed deletion date. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations.

Access and deletion requests

Email multiversemakerprinting@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some information must be retained for legal obligations, accounting, security, or disputes, and a request to delete an account does not automatically erase every order record.

Security and changes

We use the security features available through our hosting, store, and payment services. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
