Your idea, printed

A little something
that’s all your own.

A name, a favorite color, a celebration, or an original idea. Custom orders start with a conversation and a design we can print well.

Have an idea you would love to see brought to life? We’re happy to explore custom cupcake toppers, keychains, ornaments, and other small 3D-printed creations.

Because every idea and design is different, custom orders begin with a conversation—not an automatic purchase.

How Custom Orders Work

  1. Tell us about your idea. Include the item type, quantity, preferred colors, size, and the date you need it by.
  2. We’ll review what is possible. Some ideas may need to be simplified so they can be printed cleanly and remain sturdy.
  3. We’ll create a digital sketch or mockup. You’ll be able to see the proposed design before deciding whether to move forward.
  4. You approve the design. We’ll confirm the price and timeline before anything is printed.

Our Four-Color Limit

Our primary printers can use up to four filament colors in a single design. We’ll do our best to match your requested colors while working within that limit.

If your idea uses more than four colors, we may suggest combining similar colors, simplifying certain details, or changing part of the design. You’ll see these adjustments in the sketch before printing begins.

Please remember that screen colors and actual filament colors may look slightly different.

Copyrights, Trademarks, and Protected Artwork

We respect the work and rights of other creators. We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, brand artwork, or another artist’s design unless you own the rights or have permission to use it.

When possible, we may suggest an original alternative based on general colors, interests, hobbies, animals, sports, or celebration themes without copying protected artwork.

We can also work from artwork you created yourself or have authorization to use.

What to Include in Your Request

Please send:

  • The type of item you want
  • The quantity needed
  • Your preferred colors
  • The size, if you have one in mind
  • The date you need it
  • A description of your idea
  • Any original reference material you have permission to use

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an idea can be produced, but we’ll always be honest about what our printers can create successfully.

Let’s see what we can make possible—one layer at a time.

Quotes, payment, and changes

Before you pay, we will confirm the design scope, quantity, price, any separate design charge, shipping cost, approval steps, and estimated shipping date. Changes to an approved design may require a revised quote and timeline, which you must accept before additional paid work begins.

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to custom orders. Custom-order cancellation restrictions do not override your rights if we cannot fulfill the order or ship within the agreed timeframe.
